Terms & Conditions

Wines are delivered on the final Monday of each month. Note that the wine club is only open to residents of Nottingham and immediate surroundings. We offer flexible memberships with no minimum duration memberships so members can change tiers or cancel any time, no questions asked.

New Members. Upon registration to Brigitte’s Wine Club, and to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your legal name, billing address, delivery address (if different), email address, and telephone number. When joining Brigitte’s Wine Club you must provide accurate and complete information as required when using a credit card or other payment card, including the cardholder name, payment card number, expiration date, and card security code, at the time of submitting your order. Your use of a payment card in connection with any purchase you make on or through Brigitte Bordeaux Wines is authorised and legal.

Member Information Changes. You are responsible for updating your membership and payment information, including changes of address, phone number and email address.

Payment. Your authorised card will be charged monthly on the same date each month by Brigitte Bordeaux in advance of delivery of the next subscriber’s pack. Wine Club packs are delivered on the final Monday of each month, so if you subscribe between then and the end of month you won’t receive your first Wine Club pack until the next batch.

Alcohol is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Brigitte Bordeaux reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders, in its sole discretion.
